      Pros

      Love coming into work every day, passionate about my work and grateful for amazing and high performing colleagues. This is the best workplace by far. You grow exponentially and get to contribute to something new every day. Culture is respectful, caring and fun. Teamwork, creativity, flexibility, best practices and constant change makes for meaningful work and is never boring. Our people rock. Highly recommend working here!

      Even though this is not a con, be ready for hard work and fast pace. You will learn a ton and build your resume.

      Friendly coworkers, spirited work environment, everyone is committed to doing the right thing, good time off and holiday pay.

      Cons

      I have only been here for three months and so far there are no cons.

      Horrible Attendance Policy Update

      Change in attendance policy leaves no room for emergencies. Expensive insurance.

      Dear Former NAVEX Team Member, Our attendance policy within our Contact Center is definitely rigid given the service standards we have in place to support our clients that count on us each day. Our attendance policy does allow for life challenges that surface unexpectedly and our updated policy does emphasize the importance of ensuring people notify us when these moments surface.
