good pay for Rexburg paid part-time off

Cons

they will change your schedule after the first semester and you wont have a choice but to take it. favoritism. very had to get time off

Dear Former NAVEX Global Team Member, Our Call Center business model is definitely rigid in terms of scheduling given the requirements we must uphold to support our customers. Pros

Management is open to listening to new ideas and working to find the best solutions. They also are willing to help out to get the job done. As an ethics and compliance companies employees practice what they preach. There is no drama. All team members work towards a common goal.

Pros

Engaging projects with opportunities to evaluate and provide meaningful data points for business decision making. Respectful teammates who genuinely care about each other. You get what you put in.

Cons

Variety of micro-cultures across geographic locations and departments. Training can vary by department, so be prepared to be proactive with your manager.
