Worst company ever - Ethics and Compliance that ignores blatant bullying, theft and intimidation

Pros

Great location, good team bonding days, most of the team and management are wonderful.

Cons

No support from HR when reports are made in regards to bullying, theft and intimidation. HR's general attitude is disgusting. Blatant disregard for anyone that they don't deem to be worthy of their time.

Multiple performance metric systems with zero employee value or return. The atmosphere of the company could use improving.
