      Great work environment and coworkers.

      Company works 24/7, 365 which means they are a little less flexible with asking for multiple days of time off.

      Pros

      Great and smart people; supportive and visionary management. I worked at NAVEX for almost 5 years and witnessed the company grew from good to great. Internal transfer and promotion is encouraged, I know many good examples. What also worth mentioning is the finance team (lead by Andrew Bates) is awesome! Everyone on that team is an valuable assets to NAVEX. Overall, great experience, learned a ton, good pay and vacation policy, fun place to work at and made many good friends that still in touch with!

      Medical insurance policy is not the greatest.
