Pros

Great and smart people; supportive and visionary management. I worked at NAVEX for almost 5 years and witnessed the company grew from good to great. Internal transfer and promotion is encouraged, I know many good examples. What also worth mentioning is the finance team (lead by Andrew Bates) is awesome! Everyone on that team is an valuable assets to NAVEX. Overall, great experience, learned a ton, good pay and vacation policy, fun place to work at and made many good friends that still in touch with!

Cons

Medical insurance policy is not the greatest.

Toxic environment, client callers can be very belligerent, take calls not trained for, unrealistic expectations and rules arent documented which can get you in unexpected trouble

Great compensation. Regular hours, you work the same shift daily. Supervisor is always willing to help. Extra overtime if wanted. Company events.

Cons

The training period feels a bit rushed.
