      Pros

      The culture here is great! I work with a team who is committed to bettering NAVEX and that starts at the top with management! As a company, we are committed to executing with excellence everyday. The management team is clear in communicating the direction the company is headed and I have a solid understanding of my objectives and how they fit into the company's objectives as a whole.

      Cons

      As with any company, I think most employees would like to be paid more.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and shift bids give the option to change your schedule at least twice a year.

      Cons

      Busy days, non stop calls, and most days off are denied due to the business need.

      Pros

      Nice place to work but the health care programs sucks.

      Cons

      The health in surance program sucks, why can't a mulitimillion dollar company treat their employees to a better health care program. I am currently looking for another job just because of the health care is horrible.
