      Navex listens to employees, provides good supervision and great coworkers yet could improve on benefits offered.

      Pros

      Navex Global provides a flexible modern work environment, treating folks as independent professionals. Coworkers are second to none, supervisors are fine, and the community aspect and camaraderie are great. For those willing to stay, it is possible to advance and negotiate salary increases over time, after you have "paid your dues" and provide value.

      Cons

      The benefits package is difficult for families as it is a high deductible program. Our family finds that to put enough in our HSA to avoid out of pocket costs, we take a hit on our take home compensation.

      The People are Mostly Great; Pay is Mostly Terrible.

      Pros

      Plenty of people who are really intelligent and easy to work with. Honestly, if they paid me even close to my market value I wouldn't have left in the first place. I took another position as of September 6, 2017.

      Cons

      • The pay is way below what it should be. As a solid high producing software engineer, I was making 60k a year. I got a job down the street, same engineering-level, making 94k. • Healthcare has a $4000 deductible, so employees that live paycheck to paycheck essentially don't have healthcare.
