Pros

There can be occasional downtime between calls, and the company frequently offers VTO, which creates an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Some of the employees in leadership do not hold true to Navex's culture and values. Many of them are very dismissive or create a toxic work environment.

Pros

Great staff! I work 2nd shift and I don’t get too many calls in the evenings, so I have a lot of downtime at work.

Cons

The calls can be heavy and too much at times and the pay could be better.
