Pros

Very smart, very well rounded people to work for and work with. Navex values flexibility and work life balance. They value and facilitate learning and encourage employees to take time off to serve their communities.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing company, there are challenges. Management works to prioritize and address as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Given the 24x7 business model of our Contact Center, I can see why you might believe there is a lack of concern for our team and we are taking steps to change this. Recently we launched a Culture Ambassadors Program, which includes two team members from our Contact Center to help us learn more about ways we can strengthen our culture.
