Pros

Flexible hours and available to work from home.

Cons

There is no feedback from the managers to the employees; Training is very different to real life calls.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our Contact Center managers will be going through a management training program over the next quarter that will highlight the importance of coaching. Please do not hesitate to share with your manager what you need most from him/her to be successful - when we lean into our core value of "Say It!" we only get better as a team.

Pros

Few people are genuine.

Cons

It has been a disappointment working here. They do not offer any training to any of their employees. Managers do not know how to manage employees because they are not trained. If you want to keep the good people, you ought to put some $$ into training. Really long hours are expected and there is zero work life balance. Career advancement opportunities were zero. If you are a person who values career advancements you wouldn't find it here. Senior Leaders doesn't have a proper vision or a plan. Everything is complicated here.

Thank you for being willing to share your thoughts and I truly wish your experience at NAVEX Global was better for you. We are not a perfect place and based on what we heard from people in our recent engagement survey, we are doing many things well and we are listening closely to what we need to continue to adjust since our most recent merger. I did want to share in terms of training, in addition to our sales training NAVEX Global established a Learning & Organizational Development function one year ago and we hired a second team member in January. The L&OD Team has subsequently rolled out Management Training to support our managers and ultimately the experience people have with our team. We have also begun to roll out career paths for people to determine which path is best for them; we implemented this with our Contact Center in January and are in the process of preparing a similar model for the balance of our teams. I would love the chance to share more of the great offerings the team is working on if you would like to reach out. Thanks again for your candor!

Pros

Some coworkers were very nice. Encourages internal transitions to other positions.

Cons

There are people managing others or making decisions that are not qualified nor have the proper mindset to do so. Company is too metrics and process driven to a fault and not customer focused. Teams work in silos and tend not to collaborate with other teams. Lack of employee development. Issues not addressed until it became a major problem (this happened when I was there).
