      Get to work with a lot of big brands

      Cons

      A lot of the projects are basically the same form client to client and can become repetitive.

      I appreciate being with a company that I am given tremendous opportunity to challenge myself and grow within my role. My colleagues are awesome and teams are collaborative and supportive. The culture is fun and inviting, seems every week there is an event planned to bring all employees together.

      Tremendous Growth Potential

      Pros

      I have been working at Navex Global just under a year and have had the opportunity to watch numerous co-workers including myself be promoted into other positions. I have worked for numerous companies in the past that claimed they promoted from within, but I did not witness them actually fulfilling their claim. Navex Global truly stands behind promoting from within. Navex Global has a great company culture with opportunities for community outreach and a wonderful work/life balance!
