Given the 24x7 business model of our Contact Center, I can see why you might believe there is a lack of concern for our team and we are taking steps to change this. Recently we launched a Culture Ambassadors Program, which includes two team members from our Contact Center to help us learn more about ways we can strengthen our culture. Program, which is being piloted within our Contact Center to help people learn more about how they can grow with our team and ultimately earn more money.
