9yThank you for your comments. Team culture makes such a huge difference in our experience so it's wonderful that your team environment is strong.
It's also helpful to understand that you'd like to have better communication regarding strategies and plans. For me, the quarterly town hall meetings have been very helpful in that respect and there is the opportunity to submit questions in advance of each one. You may already participate in the town halls, but something to consider if not!
