      Pros

      Good onboarding training. The products are really solid. The people are good people. There is good sales support for the reps.

      Cons

      There is high sales turnover - reps get the training and then get started in their territory. There seem to be the most leads generated for the Mid-Market territories, and not as much for the larger territories.

      Terrible Communicatiom and Internal Accountability

      Pros

      The office environment looks great. New building. Looks like a trendy start-up company.

      Cons

      Heavily advertised company culture is a complete scam. Very misleading company "Credo". Teams are extremely siloed and collaboration is discouraged. Way too much turnover not due to lack of competency but lack of tools/resources (I.e. Training, coaching). Very sad to see good people leave what could be a great company if senior management wasn't so scared about speaking up. Theme always seemed to be to keep your head down.

      I appreciate you sharing your perspective and hope you were able to complete our second Employee Engagement Survey (open during January). We were very happy to have a strong response rate from employees who took the opportunity to “Say It”; feedback does make a difference and the results will be shared later this month. We agree that it’s important to encourage a culture where people feel comfortable discussing their concerns!

      Thanks for your comments. I’m glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers. Regarding hiring from within, in a recent quarter we had over 35 employees take on new roles that were either career advancements or desired lateral moves. As a growing organization, we also hired many external candidates during that same time.
