Pros

Some of the people are great, making it bearable momentarily. Need more words for the minimum requirement. Nothing else. Nope.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected. Constant changes--for the worse. Direct managers have no managerial experience or training leading to some very frustrating situations. Internal processes are terribly clunky and slow. Most people are very helpful and kind, others are known for being a dead end.

Thanks for your feedback. We are planning another Employee Engagement Survey in the coming months and I’d encourage you to participate and share more specifics if you are able. I value your insight, as does our leadership team! In the meantime, if there’s a situation you encounter where HR could assist, you may want to reach out to your local team.

Pros

Amazing environment to work in. Very good work-life balance. Managers listen to your concerns and provide ample opportunities to pursue growth and development.

Cons

The healthcare benefits are sub par at best. There are employees who avoid going to the doctor because they know they can't afford the deductibles.

Our medical benefits cover preventative care at 100%, including recommended annual physicals. I’m sorry to read that some of your coworkers have avoided the doctor; our HR services team may be able to help ensure that our plan or other benefits are being best utilized. Also, by electing to enroll in the HSA, employees can make monthly pre-tax contributions to be used at any future date for a doctor’s visit not considered as preventative care. As for the pros you list—that’s a great testament to the culture at NAVEX Global. Thank you for sharing!

Pros

Performance based shifts Available management Ability to work from home Aside from these are no others that come to mind

Cons

The biggest con is the fact that you do receive the pay that your work requires. The employees are expected to maintain the greatest sense and display of excitement but are burdened with complaints as long as they are on the clock. Breathers are not allowed because the business has to be run but downtime is needed when you receive complaint after complaint. The best way to make more is to be bilingual or cross train which means more work but it is not worth the pressure or headache that comes with it. You become an underpaid psychologist or psychiatrist who cannot offer advice or prescribe medication.
