Regarding pay, we are invested in continuing to review our salaries and ensure that we are staying competitive to the market. I'd also say that most of our teams are not management heavy. Pros

As a Vista company, there are a lot of best practices put into place. They can be challenging, but they're great for learning and improvement for individuals as well as teams. Some really good people and a better place to work than you'd think of a compliance software company. Nice offices.

Cons

As a private equity held company, taking care of employees comes after ensuring shareholder value growth. Which is ironic for a company that sells ethics software and seeks (earnestly) to deliver a strong, positive culture. Benefits are not good, pay is average. Employee retention is not good for a company like this.

Pros

I love the people I work with and the company really has a great culture. The compensation isn't that bad either. It's really straight forward. Come to work and do your job and you'll be rewarded.

Cons

High level stress job, especially in sales. If you can get past that then you're in the clear. Hours can be kind of long, but still nothing to complain about.
