Pros

Challenging work, educated team you can learn from, opportunities to learn skills outside of your chosen job.

Cons

The workload is mismanaged and upper management says 'yes' too often, which leads to 60+ hour work weeks regularly, and at a minimum. It can be challenging to have time to even take a lunch.

Pros

Regular over-time available. Hands-on supervisors. Feels like a time, despite the company being so large, they make you feel appreciated.

Cons

Set schedules for six months. Did not allow much wiggle room for single or struggling parents. Also had to use lunch break in order to go to the bathroom.
