      Good Employer, A Little Disorganized

      Pros

      Good management, nice fringe benefits, lots of room for growth (professionally and as a whole.) They take good care of their employees and are expanding rapidly. Working here is a good career move.

      Cons

      Slow to move on some decisions, too hasty in others. Most of the offices are built around the call center, so the culture within can seep out from time to time. Like most call centers the attitude is strict and stuffy, so people who get out can still behave a little too stringent. Company health plan is a high deductible plan so it's good if you're either very healthy or incredibly unhealthy.
