Thank you for your post. We each have accountability for our company's financial success, and we need fantastic team members to make that happen. Having hired three trainers (two sales trainers and one corporate trainer), I am glad yo hear you benefited from the ongoing development opportunities we have. I am also happy to hear that you have seen growth opportunities awarded to team members here by being promoted to other departments.
