Pros

Pay is good if you are selling, I did like the engagement with my sales colleagues.

Cons

Terrible sales leadership in my opinion. In addition, very high turnover rate for AE's. Sales leadership gives you a super short leash. They expect the world out of you right away in a very tough selling environment and niche industry. Selling ethics and compliance is really hard to get excited about selling too. Super complex as well, your buyers (Chief Legal Officers, GC's, CIO's) know way more about what you are selling than you do. It is also a VERY process-oriented sales position. Any previous sales experience or methods you have learned will be rejected.

Pros

The products can actually help everyday people.

Cons

Getting emails from leadership that finally acknowledge Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but they only cover talking points on how to leverage the situation to sell more products with no mention of concern for the people impacted.

I don’t have any pros about this company

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! You’ll have to go through 5 weeks of boot camp training and pass all 4 certifications only to be let go because they don’t have a territory for you. The management here will never work with you and they don’t have the time to do so. Pay is low, benefits aren’t really that good, very toxic work environment. They will put you on bench to wait for a territory and you’ll only get it if an account executive to quit or fired so you can replace them. They don’t care about their employees. They only care about the numbers.
