However, we are working to improve our company culture by providing more company lunches, events, philanthropy opportunities, and communication in town hall meetings. Great work environment, fun team to work with in an environment where the most important goal is happy customers. NAVEX supports the cause of making workplace environments safe, ethical, and compliant for employers and most importantly for their employees. Very collaborative atmosphere with highly intelligent and outgoing colleagues.

Cons

Fast growth means lots of training, so ensuring the company gets every colleague on-boarded and equipped for success is always something they're striving to improve.

Pros

As another reviewer said, the co-workers and the clients keep me coming back. Our new owners (Vista Equity Partners) are willing to invest in growing our business, and allowing us to benefit from their experience.

Cons

There have been managerial and ownership changes recently, but our current leadership and owners seem to be pointing us in the right direction.
