Pros

I met people that I thought were awesome and genuine. Seemed to be a pretty good environment. People were still separated by department and race however everyone seemed friendly. Casual dress code

Cons

People will say that they are there to help you improve and support you! It seems hard to believe but you will believe it. Then you will be blindsided with a trip to the Human Resources department and ushered off the premises like you are a danger to yourself and others. You will be in complete shock as you are wished a good life and offered unemployment benefits. Then your counterparts will be told that it was a mutual decision between you and the company. Dress down being flashy and well dressed may earn you some undercover enemies.

Pros

Great people who are there to help you succeed. Always a friendly face.

Cons

Compensation was really low. And I don't think there are any chances of making it higher.

Bottom Line is More Important than Anything or Anyone

Pros

None that I can think of. Benefits were good, but have deteriorated. All the good people have or are leaving.

Cons

I worked at NAVEX for over 10 years in a variety of roles and was terminated with one day advanced notice. New management behavior toward employees is insulting and harassing to those they want to leave (in attempts to avoid paying severance pay). Pay is favoritistic and West Coast employees on average make 20-30K more per year than East Coast employees doing the same job. Was told by management that I needed to work on average 70-80 hours per week to be successful.
