Pros

They have some okay benefits, and there are some good people that work there. They also have some good thought leaders. I believe they do want their employees to succeed.

Cons

Long hours, poor raises, and some deception.

Pros

Very supportive of and willing to invest in employees looking to improve their skills, certifications, etc.

Cons

The 50- or 60-hour week is pretty standard unless you're lucky enough to be a Software Developer. This is also an extremely siloed culture; zero visibility or accountability between departments.

The work matters. Helping to create a more compliant culture and mitigate the effects of financial fraud is meaningful and inspiring. The teams and leaders truly care about our clients and the people who work there.

Cons

Hard work. Not for the faint of heart.
