Pros

Working on a product that typically helps people is something that is pretty easy to get behind. Very good engineering leadership and advocacy make this a good place to work if you are technical MSFT\.NET engineer.

Cons

More politics than there should be for such a small company, Lake Oswego commuting can wear you down over time.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, flexible shifts, great people are working at the Charlotte, NC location. The amazing thing is that everybody has a positive attitude, there is no badmouthing the company at the "water cooler". Nice facility, good parking, easy to reach south Charlotte location.

Cons

Don't kid yourself, it is a stressful, fast, high-volume environment. Sometimes you hear pretty disturbing stories on the inbound calls. If you are not good at typing and managing pretty complex software FAST, do not consider this place.

Pros

Progressive company poised to reach the top of the compliance ecosphere. CEO Mark Reed is a great motivator and leader. Company has a brilliant strategy to be a top pier provider.

Cons

I’m reading other comments concerning Navex Global and sometimes scratch my head at the short sighted outlook. What some perceive to be a reduction of customer support is actually to the employee’s advantage. Customers need to pay for what they receive. Navex Global has to profit from products and services so that employee paychecks don’t bounce. Both customers and internal staff are asked to adjust to a new, more efficient, way of conducting business. If a company needs more service then they simply pay for additional time after the contract is signed. It’s Called Upsell! And That’s Part of Our Job! Sales is designed to bring the customer into the fold. One more logo to display on our charts. It’s up to other employees to explain that the customer also needs to purchase additional products and services to fully implement and integrate NAVEX Global into their organization. NAVEX employees need to remember that only profitable companies can afford to provide cost-of-living raises. Customers have told us they appreciate our efficiency and will pay for any additional required resources.
