      Ironic that this is an Ethics and Compliance company when most of the executive staff and VPs have engaged in questionable behavior, i.e., why a company like this makes its own harassment and other HR training videos is beyond me when they engage in the same behavior.

      Easy place to make friends, because everyone in the contact center feels the same way about the job.

      Communication Specialists aren't valued and its shown through an insulting hourly compensation, expensive healthcare plans, and a disregard to create a better work environment.

      Toxic environment, client callers can be very belligerent, take calls not trained for, unrealistic expectations and rules arent documented which can get you in unexpected trouble
