Pros

Nothing the hiring team is just waste

Cons

Hr scheduled technical round and asked all managerial questions repeatedly. They want a call centre guy not a developer please do not waste your time interviewing here.

Pros

Work life balance is great

Cons

Diversity is non existent. Pay is low They fired me without cause. All they say is our "values don't align". It felt racially motivated. I thought I was in the wrong until I filed an unemployment claim and they refused to answer any questions the unemployment rep had asked. That tells you a lot about a company. I would not recommend this company at all

Worst WFH Experience

Pros

Trainer was great the first couple of weeks before starting taking calls. Gift card for free pizza during first week of training.

Cons

They are dishonest as far as schedules and they take your PTO time without you requesting it. If you call out, they give you attendance points and take your PTO. There are ridiculous expectations as far as call metrics are concerned. The pay is not good ($15.50). There is no real room for advancement or promotion. You are micromanaged and the supervisors and management nitpick about everything.
