Pros

The company culture is positive and supportive. The executive team is communicative and transparent about company performance and upcoming changes. The HR team genuinely care about the safety and satisfaction of employees as much as they care about protecting the interests of the company. Compared to many other technology companies, the interdepartmental communication is (mostly) respectful and productive. Work-life balance is easy to achieve and highly encouraged.

Cons

Clear career path is not always presented and compensation and benefits tend to lag behind other similar employers.

The culture at NAVEX is amazing, their internal managers are truly here for their people. They are always open and want you to grow. The benefits are pretty good for leave and they work with you on any life crisis you may have.

Cons

Although they state that keeping great people is one of their goals they actively work against that when it comes to pay and internal hiring. They would rather pay an outsider more than to bump up their internal candidates to the minimum pay for that role.
