Pros

Trainer was great the first couple of weeks before starting taking calls. Gift card for free pizza during first week of training.

Cons

They are dishonest as far as schedules and they take your PTO time without you requesting it. If you call out, they give you attendance points and take your PTO. There are ridiculous expectations as far as call metrics are concerned. The pay is not good ($15.50). There is no real room for advancement or promotion. You are micromanaged and the supervisors and management nitpick about everything.

Pros

I had a good manager who was very responsive and worked hard to support our team.

Cons

Their is a big lack of diversity in the corporate office. When we visited it was a very unwelcome feeling and many looks as if they surprised see someone of color. Most of the diversity hires are hired for the call center. Many I know who were of other races besides white, working in other department were chosen to be laid off or fired for fake performance reviews with no knowledge of area of opportunity. HR is a joke. I have personally heard very insensitive conversations against certain races of people and management does nothing. Very high turn over. Low pay compared to market salaries.

Pros

None to speak of, most positive reviews on here are fake.

Cons

- Deceitful total comp range -Bad benefits -Lack of qualified leads - Poor training in Lake Oswego -The product is very outdated and doesn’t meet customers needs - Turnover is at least 70% of account execs every year - They will put you on a bench to wait for a territory and you won’t get one for a long time and even if you do it probably wont help you reach quota -They will tell people to put positive reviews and lie about how much they make,
