Working from home was great, the supervisors were helpful, if they didnt know something they would find out and get back to you. The pay was decent.

Cons

Management wasn't very caring of your needs, the needs of the clients were met at the expense of the worker. There turn around rate is unbelievable. The health benefits are too expensive for the amount of money that is paid, especially if you have a family. They always talking about culture and value, but who do they value, they just want to make that almighty dollar.

Pros

Well-run and growing company offers great career development and experience. NAVEX focuses on hiring high potential candidates and advancing them through the organization which is a huge opportunity for those looking to come-in, work hard, make a difference and be rewarded for it.

Cons

It's not a con to me, but it's a performance culture that doesn't work for everyone. No business or organization is perfect but I think management sincerely cares about making NAVEX a good place to work and actively works on making it better. I've been here for several years and have seen the organization continue to mature and improve.

Not even worth mentioning with a company this unethical. Terrible. Nothing to say here from me. Filling the word requirement.

Cons

The Charlotte location does not have an HR department, leaving responsibly to fall on the shoulders of a select, VERY CORRUPT few in lake Oswego. Retaliation and retribution is the name of this company's game. Don't let their glitz and glamour fool you. Take a pass
