      Remote work with provided laptop Okay insurance Company is growing and changing Some wonderful individuals employed here

      Cons

      Low pay for some roles Felt very cliquey and not welcome to new comers. They tried to change my job without talking to me about it first and when I asked if I had not been meeting expectations the response was, "you have been and were exactly what we needed when we hired you, but now we need someone with more experience". Essentially telling me that they didn't believe I was capable of meeting that next level they needed and wanted to hire someone else. Always felt like I had to be active on teams and couldn't step away for even 5 minutes.

      I’ve been working at NAVEX in the Bangalore office and it has been a very positive experience overall. One of the best things about working here is the flexibility the company offers. There is a good level of trust in employees to manage their work and time, which really helps in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Flexible work hours and a supportive environment make it easier to manage both personal and professional responsibilities. Another strong aspect is the learning opportunity. There are chances to work on different initiatives, learn new technologies, and collaborate with experienced teammates. People are generally open to sharing knowledge, and that makes it a good place to grow professionally. The teams are collaborative and approachable, and management is open to feedback and new ideas. Overall, the culture, flexibility, and opportunities to learn and grow makes this a good place to work.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving as the organization grows. Cross-team coordination can sometimes take time due to global teams working across different time zones.
