      It's a decent starter job.

      Pros

      -My supervisor was pretty cool -Call volume was not high -All equipment needed is provided -They try to make it fun with little games

      Cons

      -You're micromanaged...and not even by your actual supervisor but the "senior" communication specialist -Systems and equipment is super outdated -Metrics are unrealistic and nitpicky -Pay. This was only a second job for me, but I would not have been able to survive off of this income alone -They want you to take people talking to you crazy for that low rate... get real. -Work life balance is POOR. You basically had to sell your first born child to try to get any time taken off. They have a point system and would give you a point for pretty much anything. -If you work a 4x10 schedule, you only get paid 8 hours on holidays. Already penny pinching with pay, but then they penny pinch on holidays that they force you to work. -They say you will get VTO on holidays if it's slow...you're not.

      Good incentives, weak training

      Big, solid company that gives its BDRs good incentives.

      Cons

      Fairly flimsy training that was not specific to the BDR role and a lack of support for BDRs once you're in the role.

      Remote work is always convenient.

      Cons

      The HR department violated my HIPAA rights by obtaining information on my doctor appts. and conditions I was being treated for without my knowledge. Do not work for this company.
