Full Time work...it's a job..free food every month.. benefits annual "raise"

Cons

Give more credit with excellent work ethics, take it easy on point system especially if you are sick

Flexible schedule and shift bids give the option to change your schedule at least twice a year.

Cons

Busy days, non stop calls, and most days off are denied due to the business need.
