9yThanks for your comments. I’m glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers. Regarding hiring from within, in a recent quarter we had over 35 employees take on new roles that were either career advancements or desired lateral moves. As a growing organization, we also hired many external candidates during that same time.

9yOur medical benefits cover preventative care at 100%, including recommended annual physicals. I’m sorry to read that some of your coworkers have avoided the doctor; our HR services team may be able to help ensure that our plan or other benefits are being best utilized. Also, by electing to enroll in the HSA, employees can make monthly pre-tax contributions to be used at any future date for a doctor’s visit not considered as preventative care.
As for the pros you list—that’s a great testament to the culture at NAVEX Global. Thank you for sharing!
