The management style is somewhat lacking, with poor communication channels and organizational inefficiencies. This has created a less-than-ideal workplace atmosphere, impacting both morale and productivity. It's disheartening to witness the potential of a great team hindered by these management challenges. One glaring issue is the apparent lack of consideration for customers. While I understand the importance of revenue, it should not come at the expense of customer satisfaction. A more balanced approach that prioritizes both financial goals and customer needs would undoubtedly contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Thank you, this feedback is invaluable to us and will help us grow our culture and the employee experience at NCC Group. We’ve been operating in a fast changing, dynamic market and we, along with many of our peers and contemporaries in the market, have had to quickly adapt to these external market forces. At the same time, we’ve been changing our operating model from being an international but siloed regional business into a truly global team. As part of this we’ve been simplifying our communications channels and other ways of working – we’re not finished yet but we are making solid progress. We agree with you about the focus on customers - client-centricity is a main focus of our strategy and that is underscored in our Townhalls and communications, amongst other things. Our Leadership Team has made some fantastic appointments in recent months, and we are confident in our continued ability to attract brilliant people to our team who are leading our strategic direction and positive longer-term outlook.

NCC technical expertise and pedigree in industry is hard to match. Plenty of office meet ups.

Cons

Immature product function. Lacking strong process, with interdepartmental and even product silos. Unfortunately lots of politics. Stronger product support needed in terms of brand, marketing, prod ops, engineering release process.

We are working hard to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes as well as looking to adapt our ways of working to meet ever changing market needs. We agree with you about support in areas likes brand and marketing, it’s now a key pillar of our strategy announced in February and a focus of investment. We’ve developed a new brand for our escrow business (watch this space for Cyber) and this year we’ve been more much visible at large industry cyber events. That’s just the start with much more in the pipeline in the next 12 months. With the appointment of our new COO responsible for capabilities, and our CTO too, we’re seeing tangible improvements across the development and delivery of our capabilities, services and products and we’re confident our clients will feel that difference.
