      Pros

      Free lunches and no management interference in daily operations, sometimes you don't even know if they are in office. Developers have chance for good learning at career start, after 1 year it goes nowhere.

      Cons

      Upper management thinking they know everything and not sharing any long term vision to general employee #HRCloud. Lack of competent product people and bad blood between global offices. Leads wants to talk but not listen to anyone else talk.

      Pros

      The environment is cool. It's laid back and chill and the people are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      It's so disorganized from a business standpoint. It's chaotic and everything is up in the air. There's no clear cut way of doing things and you feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants.

      -Great place to break into tech -I was good at my job and could do it in my sleep so work life balance was great

      Cons

      This company operates like a cult and bullying is widely accepted. Unless you are a white male with an ego the size of Texas or you are willing to bow down to management and let them use you, you won’t go anywhere (the latter isn’t even a guarantee). Get time under your belt, learn what you can and get out
