      Pay is good after profitable years, mediocre otherwise Benefits are OK

      Dictator at the top threatens all who bring facts that don't fit his opinions Reduces staff in sales, marketing and engineering routinely with dishonestly and disrespect to the dearly departed when revenues pull back for any reason Home of the underachiever's club False claims of innovation: there is none All Tactical, No Strategy - the CEO likes it this way Company talks Values it doesn't Live Revenues and profits are falling - company is guiding lower

      Pros

      flat organization, each position can cover many aspect of function and responsibilities. work done is more visible.

      Cons

      Most of the decisions came from one person, little collaboration or consideration of employees' opinion. Resource is very tight with the unrealistic objectives set, and workload is very heavy, long work hours. And the heavy workload is constant without any break from time to time. Heavily depend on transactional business for commoditize product and technology. with thin margin, the overall benefits and resources are very low. Some units are quite political among different teams. Even with flat organization, there is heavy process involved and things can't move fast even for very simple things. Company doesn't put much focus on work-life balance by offering the necessary employee program to offset the load and stress.
