      Friendly coworkers Flexible schedule Friendly building residents depending where you are Can usually find coverage when needed Don’t have to work a lot of hours

      Cons

      Management is horrible No benefits at all “only if your full time” never happening Never get paid for working on holidays Your complaints and hard work means nothing to management Slave you hours

      I made awesome connections While working for the company. although management seemed a bit spiteful and childish. I still flourished. Use them for what u can then keep it moving.

      Long hours. Insufficient benefits. Childish managers . very very Long hours. Bad management. I was actually training myself. lack of communication. no breaks. and don't let you have to go to the bathroom
