      In some states, portal leadership is poor. Next to zero opportunity to advance your career. Unsure of the future of this company.

      Folks in the portals doing the daily work are good.

      Cons

      Corporate "leaders" do not know how to lead. They believe that fear will motivate and foster creativity. There is a reason why the turnover rate is so high.

      Pros

      Benefits package. Great potential. The work is challenging and fulfilling. Co-workers for the most part are great to work with.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in some of the local offices. Lack of training for leadership at the corporate level. No investment in the employees. Management does not trust its' employees which leads to extreme micromanagement. Management lack knowledge in how to run a tech shop. Work/life balance has fallen to the wayside due to poor management of projects.
