we were a highly profitable company that was the most known in our industry until the change of management in 2017. once the owner and ceo was forced to step down, new management took over and changed everything in a lackluster attempt to save the company. a new sales manager was hired and he has impossible expectations of the sales staff and refuses to listen to anyone who has worked there for a very long time. the ceo is uninvolved with the company and their main concern is to make as much money as possible. much of the work that was done in house has now been shipped off to india and we have so many more escalations. after almost 7 years i decided it was time to move on because the expectations of the upper management far exceeded any reason. management has brought in new employees who have no idea how the business works and the low pay has increased the turnover in this company. it is sad to see a good company go down like this. its clear that theres no room for growth there as the ceo only hires friends of his to run departments instead of promoting within.
