Pros

Due to the ridiculous workload you can learn very quickly (on your own) and become a valuable candidate to another company in 6-12 months

Cons

Incredibly toxic and stingy leadership. Look up "NKSFB Wayne Kamemoto" to get an idea. If something goes wrong, they won't know why and resort to finger pointing. HR will try to gaslight you out of a raise or promotion even if you pick up responsibilities and learn quickly. No real formal training, must rely on your teammates help (whose desk is likely already full) or learn on your own. Always going to have fires to put out/ more responsibilities to take on due to high turnover

Pros

Some of the senior staff was nice dealing with. Some understood on how things needed to get done.

Cons

Controller was to controlling. Did not understand how to manage staff. That's why I left and others have left. Need to learn how to crawl before you walk and understand what the word "Team", means.

Pros

A unique insight into the entertainment industry (that's it)

Cons

- Mediocre pay (for start after college, it's not bad) - Poor top management behavior towards staff (initial indifference to complete affront if "incompetent") - Poor communication between management and staff (I even apologized for my incompetence to a manager in private and it wasn't enough) - Terrible new staff training process (there is no absolute system; in the brief time I was there, I attempted to create a guide for future new staff as I was being trained. Never made it beyond the simple tests). - Obvious favoritism (one coworker had the nice talk from a manager and within the same hour, the manager was hostile to another) -Signs of nepotism - High turnover rate (for one team within a year, ridiculously high)
