      Honestly nothing, cheap company. You will be disappointed.

      Cons

      Hostile and toxic work environment. Managers are rude, high demand, stressful work environment. And the HR don’t even care. They have new HR in the system, she’s evil and racist. Since I’ve been their highest turnover, atleast 20 employees quit and left for more money. They don’t care who you are, they can fire or let you go anytime. Trust me do your homework and ask around.

      - Company provided dinners during tax season. - Company party at Universal Studios.

      Cons

      - Management has zero direction for the company. - Company encourages and promotes toxic individuals that drive talent away. - HR engages in retaliation against employees that report managers that create a hostile work environment. - The amount of nepotism and general toxic nature of the company make it hard to work there. - Unreasonable workload and time lines. - Extremely high turnover.

      Extremely Toxic from the top down You're treated like a number If you're a minority, you're openly discriminated against If you go to HR and report your experiences you're attacked in front of the whole department Zero work-life balance Unreasonable deadlines are set Raises are less than the cost of living
