8yNLMK has a lot of great people, many of whom worked for its predecessor companies. While some employees might have had negative experience, a great many employees have been with the company for decades. They are valued and are part of our continued success. Managing change, introducing a new production system, getting used the new corporate structure is a challenging task.
Since April 2016 a new performance-based bonus structure has gone into effect. Likewise, there have been a number of structural changes, and we feel that we are now better positioned as a company.
Like most steel mills, we routinely look at capital investment in our equipment and in our business and are currently working on several large projects. We have recently implemented a Project Management Office to handle all the project improvements.
