Small company atmosphere, plenty of opportunity to contribute towards overall improvement, younger workforce, motivated and supportive parent company, competitive salary

Cons

Culture of fear, micromanagement, constant turnover, poor management from executives, lack of communication between all levels of employees, antiquated production systems / strategies, lack of leadership, pessimistic atmosphere, no automation, undesirable bonus structure, lack of trust of management among production level employees.

For the past several years NLMK has been involved in a revitalization process in developing and implementing its values and continuous improvement efforts. Our culture continues to develop in a positive direction as we implement continuous improvements in many areas that include new employee compensation structures, investments in upgrading the production processes, such as new automation systems. Finally, we have launched a new Social Responsibility program at each location that strives to help those in need.

Excellent company with a very strong competetive position. Obsessed with efficiency, young and dynamic leadership, KPIs and long-term goals everywhere.

Cons

Compensation is below industry average I guess, as the firm considers itself a great place to work for, so it feels like the fact one works for it is already a great reward.
