Pros
I've heard the pay is good. 20$ for associates, 25 for bachelors, and 30 for masters. You can wear jeans.
Cons
16 clients, 1 therapist, they only care about numbers and paperwork, no support, place is dirty, a lot of clients still on substances, a lot of clients coming out of prison, a lot of clients with criminal behaviors, sex offenders welcome and you don't get a heads up, a lot of violent men, a lot of chaos, and the chaos isn't just the clients. The entire place is run in chaos I wasn't there long and I saw a revolving door of staff Multiple staff have had mental health issues due to case load and poor management. Very uncomfortable chairs. I didn't feel physically safe while I was there. The attitude is given your life up for this crappy job or there is the door.
