      Broad range of projects. Excellent training and growth opportunities. Ability to work with other regions and disciplines.

      Cons

      Significant turnover with upper management. Slow hiring of senior leadership and technical staff; heavy focus on hiring of drafting/junior engineers.

      Pros

      Will work around your school schedule if you are a student. The office manager is very nice, trustworthy, hardworking person. You can come to that person whenever and for whatever reason. Job is decent and the amount of work is decent.

      Cons

      Could get crazy for meeting deadlines. Some office employees are not so great to work with. Daunting hours doing the same thing.

      Pros

      One of the posts that has been opined to be "HR driven" is mine. I'm a current employee that is with NV5 (not in HR) and HR had nothing to do with my post. Just want to set that record straight since the most recent opinion posted was based on conjecture and not fact.

      Cons

      NV5 is growing extremely fast. Certain inefficiencies are unavoidable when that is the case. If fast growth driven by hard quality work are not something you are looking for, this probably isn't the company for you. There are many other companies that have a different approach - neither is inherently right or wrong - they are just different.
