      Pros

      I've witnessed the growth of the company and worked with many talented and motivated people. The company is very big on developing synergies between the offices and service lines. Many of they projects come from repeat clients which means the work product is outstanding.

      Cons

      A fast growing company will experience growing pains and there will be employees that have a hard time adapting to change, even if the change is for the common good.

      Fast growing company, excellent for entrepreneur types. Adding some experienced management and making investments in professional development. Flexible work schedule. You are given the opportunity to grow without micro managing everything. Competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Systems need to be upgraded and more structure needed. As new companies come on board, make sure that there is a strong emphasis on integration.
