      Motivated team of individuals - everyone worked for the good of the company, not just individual goals.

      Cons

      Emoloyees within each department tended to stay more social to their specific dept, rather than branching out and trying to integrate amongst other departments...very silowed.

      Pay is decent, but you have to fight for it

      Where do I start? They lied from the get-go about caring for the local culture and that they did not want to be a "big consolidator" of clinics. Absolutely DO NOT care about the people that work for them. Will work you to death and then some. EBIDA is the worst business model. All about the money. Will hold you accountable for lost revenue when they mandate that YOU leave for a week to attend one of their worthless meetings AND blame you for the loss. I'd as soon as eat my own excrement than work there again
