Ownership of your hospital. You are HR, accounting, A/P, everything.

Cons

You have no Support especially from HR. HR will not support HM's... They only care about doctors. Favoritism is a huge issue.

I loved my hospital and team. I bought into the idea of a moderate amount of autonomy at the hospital level.

Cons

Constant change, twice a year mandatory fee increases without any increase in wages, benefits or quality of life.
