Pros

Upgrades to clinic equipment, digital radiography, inhouse blood machines, practice management software

Cons

Impersonal, say they won't change anything, and then change practically everything, disregard long term employees about how things work at a specific location, hire incompetent hospital managers, refuse to listen to staff concerns, "pass the buck" to someone else, turn your words against you, stick up for only those that agree with them. Expect you to "drink the kool-aid".

Pros

Offered a decent starting salary. Not too many complaints about people going overtime. Easier to get bigger items such as machines.

Cons

Raises only to some people. Revolving door management. Management only care about certain issues. Doesn't work at retaining or hiring staff.
