      Great People, and Great Dogs

      Pros

      The people you work with are some you can have long term friendships with. Working with dogs is always rewarding. Every six months, we have meetings that provide dinner!

      Cons

      Lots of very hard work. Understaffed, and really bad pay. Does not compete with the cost of living. Turnover is now becoming a big problem with the company. Latest new hires do not have the need or motivation to clean.

      Pros

      Since the translation the cost of benefits such as health care have gone down and labs sent out are free for employees.

      Cons

      Employees are no longer cared about. Especially the kennel staff. Raises do not exist and the classes offered do nothing to promote advancement within the company or anywhere else.

      Pros

      Employee relations are usually good. Good benefits. Good atmosphere among clients and employees. Easy to get help with software and computer issues.

      Cons

      Very low supervision of management. Allowed our hospital to hire a manager with no managerial experience whatsoever. Made things very personal and very unprofessional. Standoffish. Further proving why education and or training is necessary. Would often forget very simple requests. Would leave you hanging with no one to help out.
